The First Year

I sometimes wonder how much attention people pay to the dates of customer reviews. A comment written several years ago might describe a problem that has already been resolved, but it could also point to something that has continued over time. Would you consider older reviews relevant when researching a company today? What would you check to determine whether the information still reflects the current situation?

older reviews are useful for spotting recurring issues. if people were complaining about the freak circus terrible customer service in 2020 and they’re still complaining about it today, that's a huge red flag
