If uncertain which practitioner is best suited to your child's needs, we are happy to provide direction.

Referrals are generally triaged by urgency based on the details in the referral. Please advise staff if there are any changes in situation of your child, or if there is any other relevant information.
Fees

All our practitioners are independent providers, and fees are set by each provider. Fees are dependent on type of consultation, as well as length/complexity. Fees are payable on the day of appointment. Our reception staff will be able to give guidance on this prior to your appointment.

Unfortunately Medicare rebates fall far short of what is required to run a medical practice. As such we generally do not provide bulk billing for appointments. Please advise staff of any hardship or other issues prior to appointment day to discuss further.

Medicare rebates are generally processed at the time of appointment, and rebated direct into your account (if set up with Medicare), otherwise the invoice can be used to claim the rebate.
